Our core specialty. Multi-axis sliding headstock lathes (Citizen Cincom & Sze Loi TL/EL-Series) produce complex small-diameter parts in one setup — turning, milling, drilling, and tapping simultaneously. Bar capacity up to Ø25mm for volume productions.
Conventional CNC turning and 3-axis machining centres for primary and secondary operations — ideal for larger-diameter parts up to Ø32mm, 2D/3D profiles, boring, rimming and tapped holes.
Tumbling, deburring, assembly, sub-assembly, and a wide range of surface finishes including anodizing, nickel plating, hard chrome, passivation, and gold plating.
